I’ve started to really embrace the importance of energy distribution, if that makes sense. It’s really key.

Think about how many things you put your energy towards. How many ways you use this precious life force over trivial things like worry, anger, jealousy, rage. Now, we are humans, and cannot live without these emotions. We can; however, control how much time we put into those emotions.

I believe, simply feeling an emotion is natural and doesn’t take much energy. To remain harping on those negative emotion drains you. Your energy is spent better elsewhere. 

Your life force is better spent on other things.
